Let's face it, for some of us mornings are just, well... hard. Wait? You were thinking something totally different than we were! Get your minds out of the gutter and let us tell you all about this particular single origin roast.

As we said above this particular grind is of single origin organically farmed and hand picked from the fertile fields of Chiapas, Mexico. This ground coffee recently scored an 83, placing it in the "specialty coffee" category, not to brag. This (ground) roast carries along with it, notes of chocolate, cinnamon and green apple.

All our coffee is Artisan roasted in small batches by our seasoned roaster, not some shirtless hairy dude running an automatic machine in his mom's basement.

Notice the use of grind and ground (we used it twice) in the body of the above. Just in case the word on the lower left corner of the bag stating "Ground Coffee" did not give it away.... So just to make sure we all understand this is NOT Whole Bean!
